By accessing and using the DD Phone website and services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately. DD Phone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

DD Phone provides an online platform for valuation and purchase of second-hand mobile phones in Thailand. Our services include: • Online mobile phone price estimation • Appointment scheduling for drop-off or home pickup • Fast and secure payment to sellers • Information and guidance on selling mobile phones Prices displayed on the website are preliminary estimates only. The final price may differ based on the actual condition of the device.

To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You represent and warrant that: • Information provided during registration is accurate and current • You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental consent • You will maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information • You will notify DD Phone immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account DD Phone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and will not: • Provide false or misleading information about the condition of a device • Use the Services for fraud or any illegal activity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data • Transmit harmful content, viruses, or malicious code • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of DD Phone or third parties • Use bots or automated systems to access the Services without authorization

Prices displayed on the website are preliminary estimates calculated based on the information you provide. The final price will be determined after our staff physically inspects the actual condition of the device. DD Phone reserves the right to adjust the price if the actual condition of the device differs from what was described. You have the right to decline the transaction if you are not satisfied with the final price. Payment will be processed through channels designated by DD Phone, which may include bank transfer, PromptPay, or cash at the point of collection.

All content on the DD Phone website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of DD Phone or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of content for any other purpose without prior written consent from DD Phone is strictly prohibited.

DD Phone provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DD Phone shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. DD Phone's maximum liability to you in any case shall not exceed the value of the actual transaction that occurred within the 30 days preceding the dispute.

Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or DD Phone's Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting DD Phone through the designated channels. DD Phone reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services to you without prior notice if: • You violate these Terms • DD Phone has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred • Required by law or regulatory authorities
